Player & Management Discipline

We seek to keep the good discipline this season as in previous years. To continue this good work, please note the following:-

Your play:

We accept: hard working, strong, physical play for the team with full commitment.

We will not accept: any deliberate act to injure a player and any other act of violence such as head butting, spitting, throwing punches, e.t.c.

The referee:

We accept: your right to make a claim to the referee or politely make your feelings known to him/her if you disagree with a decision.

We will not accept: you arguing with him/her or using any form of foul language towards him/her.

General:

We will not accept: Any kind of sexism, racism or discrimination in any shape or form.

We would also like to pass on the following information regarding disciplinary action that will be taken against players where these rules, or any rules of the game are breached:-

Yellow Cards: The club is fined £8 if a player is booked (subject to an appeal). If the appeal is unsuccessful, the player will be fined this same amount to repay the club cost which must be paid out of the players own pocket. Further action will also be considered by the club.

Red cards: A similar process is followed in the case of a red card. The fine in this case is decided by The Cheshire F.A. Also be aware that other action could follow if the matter is serious enough. Further action will also be considered by the club.

Parent & Supporter Discipline

It is important that parents and spectators adhere to the same rules as the players. Remember that you are also representing the club and any behaviour that attracts the attention of the referee, and if he feels of the need to record such an incident, may result in action such as a touchline ban. Persistent behaviour of this nature may result in the player they are watching being removed from the squad.
